Hello, my dear host family!
My name is Ainura, and I am 22 years old. I am from Burma-Suu, Kyrgyzstan.I am graduated from college with a degree in primary school education last year.
From a young age, I have always been close to children. I loved playing with my neighbors’ kids and often helped my relatives take care of their little ones.
I have three siblings, and I am the eldest. Since childhood, I have helped my mother take care of my younger brother, Emir, who is nine years younger than me. I spent a lot of time with him—playing, going for walks, feeding him, changing diapers, bathing him, and following a bedtime routine. I was also responsible for his early education: I taught him how to read, memorize children’s poems, took him to preschool lessons, and helped him with his homework. Now, he sees me as the best and most caring sister.
Later, a young family moved into our neighborhood with a baby daughter. At that time, she was only seven months old, and her mother was pregnant with their second child. For 11 months, five days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., I worked as a babysitter for them. We played educational games, went for walks, took baths, and I changed her diapers. I also helped her take her first steps and taught her to pronounce simple words. I frequently prepared baby formula for her and cooked porridge and vegetable dishes. Over time, Aisha and I became very close, like sisters.
While studying in college, I completed a two-month teaching internship at a primary school, working with children aged 9–10 years old. Each child was different, and I realized that every student requires an individual approach to education and upbringing. It was challenging at times, but my previous experience with children helped me a lot. Through this, I also discovered that I feel most comfortable working with children aged 1 to 7 years old.
Because of my love for children, I decided to become a teacher. That is why the Au Pair program is perfect for me—it allows me to combine my passion for childcare with my interest in learning about different cultures. I have always been fascinated by the customs and traditions of your country. By participating in this program, I will have the opportunity to exchange cultures and gain invaluable experience working with children in an international environment.
Thanks to my extensive experience, I have developed qualities such as responsibility, flexibility, patience, discipline, sociability, and stress resistance. I can confidently say that you can entrust your children to me without any worries. I will be a good friend and an older sister to them.
