Hello! My name is Jai, and I’m a Psychology graduate and Certified Human Resource Associate from the Philippines. I’m a naturally caring, patient, and responsible person, and I genuinely enjoy being around children. I have been tutoring since 2021 and have experience caring for children of different ages and backgrounds.
What I enjoy most about childcare is getting to know each child; their little interests, personalities, and the things that make them happy. I like teaching, playing, creating simple activities, and being someone they can feel safe and comfortable with. I believe children don’t only need someone to look after them; they also need someone who listens, understands, and gives them genuine attention.
I’m also comfortable with cooking, cleaning, organizing, and helping with everyday household routines. My work experiences have taught me to be hardworking, adaptable, and dependable, especially when given a responsibility.
For me, becoming an au pair is not simply about going abroad. I want to experience another culture through everyday family life, share a part of my Filipino culture with you, and hopefully build a relationship based on trust and respect. I would love to become more than just your au pair, I hope to be someone your family can genuinely welcome, trust, and remember even after my stay.
