Hello! My name is Lyka Marie, but you can call me Lyka. I am 23 years old and from the beautiful Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies, and I am excited about the opportunity to become an au pair and be part of a loving family.

I would describe myself as a caring, patient, friendly, responsible, and easy-going person. I enjoy spending time with children and creating a positive and comfortable environment where they can learn, play, and express themselves.

Although I am new to the au pair experience, I have gained valuable experience working with students during my apprenticeship. I helped engage students in games and activities connected to their lessons. This experience taught me how important patience, creativity, communication, and understanding are when working with young learners.

I am also willing to help with everyday family responsibilities. I can assist with preparing simple meals, keeping children's areas organized, helping with homework or English practice, playing with children, and supporting their daily routines. I understand that being an au pair is not only about caring for children but also about becoming a respectful and responsible member of the family.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and hiking. These activities have taught me to be patient, adaptable, and open to new experiences. I would love to share my Filipino culture with your family while also learning about your culture, traditions, language, and way of life.
