Dear my future Host Family,

My name is Nanzira, and I am an experienced, multilingual au pair who naturally connects with children. I am currently completing an au pair contract in Qatar that ends on November 3rd, and I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to bring my warmth, dedication, and global childcare experience to your home.
Growing up as the second-to-last born in a wonderful, bustling family of nine in Uganda, childcare has always been a central part of my life. From a very young age, I was trusted to care for my siblings' children, helping raise them from infancy all the way through to kindergarten. My family jokes that I am a magnet for children—growing up, if a child went missing in the neighborhood, everyone knew to check if they were playing safely with me first! English has been my primary language since childhood, and over the years, I have also picked up a basic knowledge of French and Arabic.
My lifelong passion for childcare has led me to build a truly international au pair career. I have successfully adapted to different cultures and supported diverse families while working in Dubai, South Africa, Oman, and Qatar. Through these experiences, I have learned how to manage daily routines, create engaging activities, and provide a safe, nurturing environment for children of all ages.
Before my international journeys, I spent significant time volunteering in Uganda. I regularly taught Sunday school at my local church, creating fun lessons and interactive games. I also volunteered with refugees from the Congo, where I supported young children who only spoke Lingala and French. This experience taught me how to connect deeply with children using creativity, patience, and love, even when we do not share the same fluent language.
I see the role of an au pair not just as a job, but as an opportunity to become an extension of your family. I am reliable, highly adaptable, and ready to support your daily household flow while making sure your children feel loved, safe, and happy.
